Our school conducted a fun “Silent Letter Game” on June 18th to help students build reading and spelling skills. By identifying silent letters in words, this engaging activity improved our students’ phonemic awareness, spelling, and vocabulary. By identifying silent letters, students strengthen their understanding of the relationship between sounds and written symbols, leading to improved spelling accuracy. It provided a stimulating and interactive environment for students to learn about silent letters and their impact on spelling and pronunciation.

The inauguration of our school’s English Club, Talking Titans, took place today(June 26). The event began with the Principal, Dr.Karthiga, and the English department teachers revealing the club’s name. Following the announcement, students from various grades performed on the topic of poetic devices.

Students from grades 1 to 9 and grade 11 showcased their understanding and creativity through performances that highlighted different poetic devices. The event was a wonderful display of talent and a great start for Talking Titans.

Special appreciation goes to the English department teachers for their dedication and hard work in organizing this event and guiding the students.

On June 28, our school celebrated Umbrella Day with great joy and enthusiasm. The highlight was the students dancing with colorful umbrellas under artificial rain, creating a magical and lively atmosphere. The fun continued in the swimming pool, where the children splashed and enjoyed the cool water.

This delightful event provided a unique and memorable experience for the students, promoting outdoor fun and simple pleasures.

A Thumb painting day was conducted by the Kinderworld school on 25th of June.
This initiative was taken by Jesus School for Excellence to help promote creativity culture among the young minds. The programme was designed with the objectives to teach thumb painting to develop aesthetic values and appreciate the beauty of nature.
Our buddies were curious and also all took an active part in the day celebration along with their teachers. They responded to their teachers comment and followed the instructions to create a beautiful thumb painting.
The day was filled with joy and fun. Photos were taken to make the day a memorable one. The cooperation, discipline and punctuality reflected between the students and teachers made this day a great success.

The Kinderworld students of the Jesus School of Excellence celebrated Red Day with great enthusiasm on 26th April 2021. The ‘Red Day’ celebration was a wonderful learning experience that further helped children to understand the concept of Primary Colours. The colour Red also signifies Love and Compassion.
The day started with observing the same colour everywhere as red attire, red toys, red soft boards, red teddies, red cars, red pomegranate and things in and around the class room.
To mark this day as special, students and the teachers were also dressed in red attires. The concern activities for the Pre and Junior Kinderworld classes were picking the red balloon activity, whereas Senior Kinderworld students actively participated in a musical chair activity where they have to sit on the red chair. All our buddies enjoyed the day with lot of enthusiasm and joyfulness.
Overall, it was a fun and everlasting learning experience for the munchkins. Photos were taken to make the day a memorable one .

A circle is the reflection of eternity. It has no beginning and it has no end – and if you put several circles over each other, then you get a spiral. Everything that slows us down and forces patience, everything that sets us back into the slow circles of nature, is a help.

On 19th June circle day was celebrated in Jesus School for Excellence to introduce the shape to the young minds. Teachers involved the children in activities like identifying circle object and to form a circle shape. The excitement of children in learning about the Circle shape grew when they could apply with the circle shapes that was there in the class room.

Circle day was a playful day where learning became a fun. Our buddies enjoyed the day by bringing circle object and showcasing it in the class. Photos were taken to make the day a memorable one.

A cone shape is a three-dimensional geometric figure that has a curved surface, which is pointed towards the top. It is called the apex or vertex of a cone. The base of a cone has a flat circular surface. A cone has zero edges. On this day our buddies came with conical object.. Teachers explained the facts about the shape to the children. Photos were taken to make the day a memorable one.

On this day our buddies dressed and spoke like their favourite leader. The whole Kinderworld block was filled with lovely leaders. Mrs.Deepa (Fashion Designer) was the judge for the competition.

On this special day all our Senior Kindergarten children were graduated. Smt.Sophia Raja, ma’am and Father Martin were the chief guest of the day. Chairman sir, Correspondent ma’am ,Principal , Vice Principal and KG head were Presiding the Graduation Day ceremony. All the programs were hosted by our Senior Kindergarten buddies. After graduation ceremony Sr Kg buddies were taken to Grade 1. Our former Grade 1 children welcomed our Sr Kg buddies . All our Sr Kg buddies planted a sapling and the program was ended up with the national anthem.

A trip by students to gain first-hand knowledge away from the classroom. On this day our buddies were taken to flower market, Water plant and to the Nursery. We started at 9.00 am from school , the trip was enjoyed by our buddies and also they gained basic knowledge about the visited areas. A plantain plant was given to our buddies which they took home happily. We reached school back at 3.20 pm. Photos were taken to make the day a memorable one.
