On 22nd August 2025, students from KG to Grade 8 enjoyed a thrilling field trip to Jumbo Circus, Nagercoil. The day was packed with laughter, awe-inspiring stunts, and vibrant performances—creating unforgettable memories and joyful learning moments.

On 25th August 2025, our school joyfully celebrated Magical Season
Day, an event that brought the beauty of all four seasons alive in our
classrooms. Prior to the celebration, students engaged in various activities
such as colouring seasonal worksheets, writing about the seasons, and
collecting objects that represented each season.
On the day of the event, each section of the school was transformed
into a seasonal experience. The Autumn Season was recreated inside the
classroom, the Spring Season bloomed in the garden, the Summer Season
came alive through a swimming pool setup, and the Winter Season was
represented with a special kinder world activity room. Students thoroughly
enjoyed these creative settings, experiencing the feeling of being in each
season.
Adding to the joy, children brought cakes, shared them with friends,
and captured beautiful memories in photo sessions. This celebration not
only made learning about the seasons enjoyable but also helped students
truly feel the uniqueness of winter, summer, spring, and autumn through
interactive teaching and hands-on experiences.

Jesus School for Excellence celebrated Seasons Day on 25th August with vibrant setups for Summer, Winter, Spring, and Autumn. Children came in seasonal outfits, enjoyed treats, and explored the beauty of each season. The event was fun, educational, and left them with joyful memories.

The Fireless Cooking Competition was successfully conducted on 20th of August at Jesus School. The event was marked by enthusiastic participation from the students, who arrived in blue attire, adding vibrance and excitement to the occasion.
Students prepared a variety of creative and healthy dishes without the use of fire, showcasing their culinary skills, confidence, and presentation abilities. The competition aimed to promote independence, hygiene, and an understanding of nutritious food choices among the children.
Parents attended the event and encouraged their wards, while strictly adhering to the guideline of not assisting them during the competition. Mrs.Sreesha was the judge for the competition.
Overall, the day was filled with fun, learning, and joyful experiences for all involved.

Math Puzzle Day was celebrated at our Middle School on August 19, 2025, with great enthusiasm. Students from all classes participated in brain teasers, Sudoku, riddles, tangrams, and rapid-fire puzzles that tested their speed and logic. The audience also joined in the fun, making the event lively and interactive. Winners were awarded and praised for their efforts. The day concluded on a cheerful note, demonstrating that mathematics can be fun and enjoyable.

The Rectangle Day Celebration was conducted on 13th August 2025 with great enthusiasm at Jesus School for Excellence. On this day, teachers introduced the shape Rectangle to the children through engaging and interactive activities.
Children brought various rectangular objects from home and enthusiastically introduced them to their friends, which helped them connect the concept to real-life examples. They also participated in fun activities that encouraged them to identify and recognize rectangles in their surroundings.
The celebration created a joyful learning atmosphere, making the concept of the rectangle both interesting and memorable. The day concluded with cheerful smiles and a sense of accomplishment among the young learners.

The Yellow Day celebration was conducted with great enthusiasm on 6th August 2025. The entire atmosphere was filled with brightness as all the children and staff came dressed in vibrant yellow attire, symbolizing happiness, positivity, and energy.
As part of the day’s celebration, the children brought various yellow objects, proudly showcasing and identifying them with joy and excitement. The activity aimed at reinforcing the concept of the colour yellow among the young learners in a fun and engaging way.
The event was a grand success, bringing smiles and a splash of sunshine into the school premises.

On 01 August 2025, Jesus School for Excellence conducted an IntraSchool Drawing Competition to inspire creativity and imagination among
students. The event provided a platform for young artists to showcase their talent and artistic skills while fostering confidence and self-expression. The competition successfully celebrated creativity and encouraged students to explore the world of art within our school community.

The Green Day celebration at Jesus School for Excellence was held with great enthusiasm on 31st July. The entire campus turned vibrant as students and teachers came dressed in green attire. As part of the event, students brought shade- or fruit-bearing saplings and planted them within the school premises, joined by the Principal, Head of the School, and teachers. This activity promoted the importance of trees and encouraged environmental responsibility through the “Save Nature” initiative.

In line with the theme “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam,” students also planted saplings at home in honor of their mothers, expressing love and gratitude toward both motherhood and nature. Children brought green-coloured objects from home, and photographs were taken to capture the spirit of the celebration. The event was a meaningful step in creating environmental awareness among young learners.
